The current recession has produced unemployment the likes of which this country hasn't seen in over 25 years. Although some indications are that the economy is gaining some traction in the stock market, housing and other areas; employment continues to lag and many of our fellow citizens are out of work with good jobs hard to come by. We all must continue to work hard, to contribute and to give back to our communities whenever possible. Helping your neighbors in times of need is the essence of the American character.

We are excited to announce that we are now utilizing a new and exciting technology that is greatly assisting our clients in the tracking and control of covenants and architectural standards within their communities. This new product enables us to take color photographs of violations in the field, "imbed" the photographs into our correspondence with owners and keep track of the data electronically. We are very excited about our expanded and more efficient capabilities in this area and we are one of the few management firms that have this capability.

Additionally, we are happy to announce our new partnership with "Association Voice" the leader in web-based solutions for community associations in the United States. This new relationship enables us to offer greatly expanded services to our clientele to have better access to data (including account statements), better website communications, more payment options for assessments and over all greater efficiencies. The migration of our website and other aspects of this change are now complete and within a short period of time, our website will have a whole new look! Our South Florida team completed yet another fabulous season and is preparing for an extremely busy "off season". We have settled in a brand new office facility with state of the art capabilities in Naples. We are also continuing to work on becoming even more involved in the Fort Myers area and expanding our reach from south west Florida northward to central Florida as well. We are in the process of searching for office space in the Fort Myers area to accommodate our growth and expansion. Things are busier than ever and we face significant challenges associated with the real estate market in Florida. Our team remains focused on delivering a high level of service while doing our utmost to control costs.

As a reminder, we also offer expanded services for our customers in Florida such as "home watch" services, pressure cleaning, janitorial services, pool maintenance, pest control and the like. Our personnel are all licensed and bonded and insured. These value-added services give our owners the comfort level they seek and deserve in having someone watching over their investments while they are away, or just to lend a helping hand and make life easier while they are in residence.
